Job # 1: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

To provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including coordinating engineers, contractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.  

Essential Functions: 

• Develop a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.

• Select and coordinate work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.

• Oversee performance of all trade contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.

• Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.

• Supervise assistant managers, review their reports, check on any reported difficulties, and correct any safety violations or other reported deficiencies.

• Track and control construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and budget.

• Report to owners about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.

Qualifications:

• Master or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering, MBA from a reputable university is a plus.

• Ten years or more experience in managing big scale, fast-track construction projects with a minimum of 7 years as Project Manager with a large reputed contracting company, in Lebanon or abroad. Experience in the Gulf with renowned international contracting companies is an advantage.

• Computer literate: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar.

• Good interpersonal skills, proven ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.

• Written and spoken Arabic and English, French a plus.

Job # 2: Senior Executive/Structured Finance

Job Summary:

To advise clients about how best to structure domestic and overseas projects for commercial bank debt, multilateral and bilateral support, equity fund investment and credit enhancement.

Essential Functions:

• Supervise economists, business development consultants and financial analysts in the preparation of economic and financial feasibility studies.

• Provide funding advice to clients on Project Finance, securitisation and debt re-financing.

• Prepare financing memorandums and seek for syndication.

• Keep abreast of development in depth advisory including economic trends impacting on Project Finance needs, new products becoming available and relative strengths of various debt and equity providers.

• Involve in the development and growth of Project Finance Advisory business.

Qualifications: 

• Master or equivalent degree in Engineering, MBA from a reputable university is a plus.

• Fifteen years or more experience in syndication/leveraged finance with a leading Investment Bank or an IFI. PFI/PPP experience is a plus.

• Computer literate: Microsoft Office, Monte Carlo simulations, InfiRisk or similar.

• Good interpersonal skills, proven ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.

• Written and spoken Arabic and English, French a plus.

Job # 3: Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

To assist in the cost control of construction projects in accordance with Boyadjian & Associates' Cost Management procedures. We are seeking for fresh graduates to support our Project Managers in regional development and implementation Projects. This is a tremendous opportunity to gain diverse experience while utilizing your industry and functional know-how.

Essential Functions:

• Establish comprehensive production, progress, and resources information systems at site.

• Measure the work carried out and prepare Interim Payment Applications.

• Monitor actual cash flow against projected cash flow.

• Identify variations and cost reimbursable items.

• Develop a construction schedule and update it.

• Prepare delay analysis and advice on mitigation measures.

• Prepare the Final Payment Application for the whole of the works incorporating all remeasurements, variations and claims.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.

• Computer literate: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Timberline or similar.

• Good interpersonal skills, proven ability to work under pressure.

• Written and spoken Arabic and English, French a plus.
